Scheduling, Payment, Policies

To Schedule an Appointment:

Send a message on the contact form for availability and scheduling of desired service. Include time zone. Samara tries to respond promptly.

Payment Policy:

Payment is required at the time your appointment is scheduled. Samara will provide you with payment methods via Venmo, PayPal, credit card. A time and date of the service is reserved once payment has been received. It is your responsibility to know Samara's appointments are base on Eastern Standard Time.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy:

If necessary, your appointment time and date can be rescheduled with a minimum of 72 hours prior to your appointment. If you are canceling your appointment after it has been scheduled, a $50 cancellation fee applies. No refund will be issued when appointments are cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments are subject to full payment of session.

Come to the building on the left. Samara’s office is the first door on the left. Make time after the session to walk through the Gallery if interested in Samara’s artwork, especially her Healing Prayer paintings, or to learn more about the Lexington School of Recording Arts.

How to Prepare for your Service

Phone & In-person Readings

 -Come prepare with questions or concerns. It helps to write them down. Focus and intention makes for a stronger reading.

-Take notes. Something may come through that makes sense later.

-Be punctual as readings start and stop at the scheduled time.

-Turn off all phones and devices except the one used for the call. Make sure it is charged fully.

-Use a handset if possible. Speaker phones undesirable. No recordings.

-Be in a quiet, undisturbed place. Driving and walking are unacceptable.

 Mediumship Reading:

 -Spend time prior to the reading asking to connect to your departed love(s).

- Be open and patient, often things make more sense as the reading flows, or even after the session. Take notes.

-Several names may come through; one spirit typically leads the communication.

-You can ask questions at any time during the reading.

-You may take notes during the session.

Healing Session: Remote

Samara calls you at your scheduled time. She discusses your healing needs whether they be emotional, physical, and/or spiritual. After the call ends and for the next 30 minutes she lays on her reiki table and does long-distance healing. She prefers that you lay down as well in a quiet undisturbed space, or at least in a comfortable chair. When the session/energy stops she gives you a call back where you both discuss what each of you experienced and any pertinent information that may have come through.

 Healing Session: In-person

Similar as the remote as far as the beginning and ending.  Helpful to wear comfortable clothing, and before laying on table, remove any belt, clunky jewelry, eyeglasses, and shoes.
